My Values:

My preferred imagined coaching vision involves me dedicated to helping aid a world where purpose, people, planet and profit collectively thrive. Assisting others to move away from the take, make, dispose of natural and human resources and instead make room a conscious connection with ourselves and the nature, through coaching

In 2019 lead he an expedition to climb Mont Blanc in the French Alps. This successful event raised over €40K for Cork Simon, a local homeless charity. The event was instrumental in changing the lives of the expedition member, some of whom had no climbing experience. The benefits of physical activities are at the core of Barry's philosophy.

A lesson from the Mont Blanc expedition for Barry was learning was that opportunities can be forged, even in the corporate realm. “I realized the power of teamwork, endurance, and resilience in fostering a sense of purpose and belonging. Our expedition not only transformed lives but also sparked a newfound vitality within our company, all while making a meaningful impact for charity."

Barry's true passion lies in reconnecting people with nature. Through Regenerative Coaching and his wild camping adventures across the rugged landscapes of the Beara and Sheepshead Peninsulas, he inspires others to find solace and strength in the great outdoors.
Barry is more than an adventurer; he's a catalyst leading others to discover their own path to adventure and fulfilment.
