ABOUT ME
Barry McCormack is a highly experienced manager and coach with over 20 years of experience in both the military and multinational sectors. He is a Senior coaching practitioner with the EMCC and holds a PGrad in Personal & Management Coaching with UCC, as well as an HDip in Coaching Psychology.
Barry is passionate about helping people reach their full potential and improve their performance. He believes that physical activity is essential for personal development and performance, as demonstrated by his successful expedition to climb Mont Blanc in the French Alps, which raised over €40K for Cork Simon, a local homeless charity.
